Cozy Journeys LLC partners with Sweet Little Toes Doula Services to provide clients with a full Birth Team experience. You will meet both of us and work with us both during your pregnancy, labor, and initial postpartum journey.

As birth doulas we strive to assist all parents in each journey as they become parents for the first time or parents for the fifth. We want each birth experience to be beautiful and having a strong support system through the intimate moments of birth can make all the difference. Women feel empowered when they feel heard, respected, and cared for during their laboring experience. Partners feel comforted and confident when a doula can assure them that their loves are safe and that labor is normal at that moment. Couples feel connected and informed when doulas are able to reassure them that, even though their birth plan changed, they are completely safe and making the best decision for their family.

Postpartum Doula Services
Just like a Birth Doula, a Postpartum Doula provides support for the whole family. We
have no other motive than to be supportive on YOUR postpartum and parenting journey.
I provide services such as infant care which includes feeding, changing, and caring for the baby. I offer sleep solutions such as scheduling, guided sleep, and simply making sure a few nights a week parents get a solid sleep. I offer education on various swaddling techniques, babywearing support, pumping, breastfeeding, and bottle feeding. Additional, support for the mother including emotional support, assistance with herbal blends for baths and peri bottles, meal preparation and lactation foods, and support navigating the transition of adding a baby to your life.

During overnight care mother will be assisted throughout the newborn phase including but not limited to helping with baby diaper changes, making sure mom has water, pump, or anything she needs, reassuring her that she is breastfeeding baby well and that everything looks normal. My job is to help build up your confidence that you do in fact know how to care for your sweet little edition.

In addition to overnight care, limited day postpartum support is available including helping with meal preparation, setting up a positive nighttime routine, focusing on feeding goals for baby including breastfeeding. Since it is vital to have consistent breastfeeding support during the first few weeks, I offer a few days a week to one solid week of day support to help you meet your goals.
